Incompitence from Day 1 - Less Med Aid, More Money

I wanted a Medical Scheme, and spoke to my life insurance. He promotes Sanlam Products and hence mentioned Bestmed, I made my application early Dec 2011, to start on the 1st of January 2012. The Application was recieved and I cancelled my previous scheme. Early January no Debit order was taken on my account so I contacted my broker and he said "they had many applications and hence couldn't process mine." But it did start in February 2012, so I sat for 1 month with out med aid.

I wanted to change bank, over 2 months, I made the gradual change. I got a stamped document from the bank which I submitted to my broker who sent it on. He told me all was well with my products, but Bestmed needed an additional form which I submitted to them. They then claim to have sent me an sms requesting more documents, but I only realised I had a problem when I got a message saying my med aid was suspended due to failed debit order.

They told me to pay via EFT an amount of R802 (the wrong amount), I continued with EFT till march. Then they cancelled my med aid despite payment, so I asked them to cancel it from 1 april. April Debit order went of without a hitch, no refund, need 30 day notice.
