It is always too easy to complain and never congratulate when needed. At the beginning of the month, I did not realise that I had insufficient funds in my bank account for my debit orders and as a result, my premium for bestmed did not go through. I notified bestmed and made a deposit into their bank account and my medical aid was immediately reinstated as soon as I sent the proof of payment. Thank you for the prompt action.
