I am a short term broker and referred one of my clients to Bestmed as they are a part of Sanlam. She is a teacher fresh out of varsity and started working this month. She is on her mom's medical aid and that expires today. We sent the documents through on the 17/01/2013 and they only contacted her two days ago. Now they refuse to confirm that she is covered from tomorrow. This is absolutely unacceptable!!!
