We inquired with Bestmed about cancelling a Hospital Plan membership and they informed us we needed to complete an application form and that it would take 2 months, which we did and faxed back to them. 6 months later, Bestmed is still deducting money monthly and have not cancelled the membership. We contacted the call center and spoke to Roulin Mentoor who promised he would sort it out, this was on 24 December 2012 and we still have no response from anyone. We need Bestmed to terminate this membership and pay back the 4 months of membership fees that have been wrongfully deducted.
