I am receiving advice of claims received & being processed by e-mail but once again statements are not being sent to me by e-mail. The last statement I received was dated 28 February 2013. Despite complaints to Bankmed & assurances that I would receive statements regularly this is not happening. I have not changed any of my contact details or e-mail address & these have been verified by Bank med.
Up until the end of last year I had no problems in this or any other regard by things have gone wrong since then. All I would like is to receive all correspondence, advices, statements etc. timeoulsly & regularly as in the past.
