When my new banking details changed, Brandlows refused to change it with the bank agent that contacted them. I chose the option with bank to have them change my details. Now Bradlows is listing me as a bad payer. I don't think this is reasonable. They cannot supply me with a statement on the account. They never send me a monthly statement by post or email. For all I know, I already paid my account ages ago. I cannot go into the branch every month to see what my balance is. That is why I choose the debit order facility instead of going into the branch to do payment.
