In the beginning of the year I downgraded my Medical Aid plan. None of my benefits where carried over on Vitality and as such I was downgraded to bronze although I'm on diamond, even some of my Medical Aid Benefits were set to R 0.00 although it was a new year. I've phoned each section of Discovery about 5 times and we are now at the end of March, still my Vitality is incorrect and I'm still not sure if my benefits are sorted out because nobody has phoned me like they promised they would do. This is poor service and I hope that people who experience the same will complain because this is unacceptable.
