I faxed a debit order form through to Discovery Health to change my banking details on the 12 July 2013. I have not received any feedback from Discovery Health! I asked my daughter to send an email asking if they received the form that she faxed because I live on a farm with no email, fax or a landline. She did send them an email on the 20th asking if they can please confirm if they received the fax because there will be no money in the old account if they try to debit at the end of the month. They just replied and said sorry they can't tell if they received the fax because its not her medical aid. She then send them an email back again and said that she is not asking any confidential information she just want to know did they receive the fax or not and they did not even reply. The fax report shows it went through. They tried to take a debit order on 25 July and 26 July it was unsuccessful because I no longer use that account. I please want my debit order changed and all fees that is now owed to the Bank paid. They have no service because they can't even reply!!
