Wow... i realy cant beleive the service im getting from Medihelp
two weeks ago ive decided to join Medihelp, ive went online to require a consultant to call me, a week later i had to phone and follow up, well then i was told that someone will contact me well well no one contacted me.
yesterday 25th March 2013 i called again same story "we will get someone o contact you"
im still waiting..
i suggest you take your services and stick it up where it hurts.. if Medihelp is not eager to get a new client then i wonder what will happen in a case o an emergency i guess one will be left to die due to non payout or authorization codes.. if they cant even sign up a new client..
i rather go to other medical aid schemes
i feel like going public with this tipe of attitude..
