My son is going to new medical aid and need certificate that he was member of Medihelp. Contacted Jolande on 22/8/2013 and she said NUMEROUS times that Medihelp cannot supply certificate unless my son is deregistered. New medical aid cannot register him without certificate from Medihelp. I did send certificate when received on 2/09/2013, but now there will be a period that he is not covered. I want Medihelp to put my son back on my medical aid for Sept 2013, until he is registered with new aid. I cannot wait for days for this to happen, while Medihelp (Ulrike) takes my request higher up and does not want me to speak to supervisor. My son must go back on my medical aid and I did send a letter that I would pay extra R834 as Ulrika asked. Can you please assist. I am member of Medihelp for 10 years, surely this must show I am not busy with some.
