To Medihelp
Thank you for the exceptional service I experienced with your organisation. I unfortunately could not afford to pay my medical aid fees and subsquently my contracted was terminated.
I contacted Medihelp to find out if I owed them anything before moving on... and their response was that i dont owe them anything and that instead they owed my 2 months premium as my account had been terminated.
i want to thank them for the excellent business ethics and I do not regret being their client.
i pray that I can bounce back and get the medical aid cover that i prefer from Medihelp and want to convey a positive message about medihelp.
