My husband joined medihelp beginning of April.
This morning he woke up with the whole left side of his body gone numb.
I rushed him to the Dr and the Dr said he needed to be admitted immediately.
Got to the hospital went to admissions only to be told that we have to wait 72 hours for authorization as they have to do an investigation to see if it is not a pre existing condition.
What is this it might be blood clots or he might of had a stroke and now the medical aid won't let him be admitted or the hospital can but they need us to put R25000 down which no normal person has this type of cash.
We have a little daughter and I am currently pregnant, so what do I do if something has to happen to my husband due to the medical aid not giving authorization for an emergency???
