Paying Vitality Fees... For What... No card!

Vitality benefits was offered to us in December 2012. Everything explained was not as said. After a lot of thought I emailed and raised my concern. Got a call, explained everything and the consultant apologised for not having the appropriate detail etc. and promised to send us a P n P card to start accumulating our points. Despite enquiry as to why we did not receive our "Card" during January 2013, we once again enquired about the card and was promised we will receive it within two weeks. Taking in consideration the Post Office was on strike, till date this card has not reached us. We are of the opinion that we have already missed out on a lot of points by not having this card. We requested to have the Vitality cancelled with immediate effect as we will collect points by just using our P n P and E-Bucks card. The 1st quarter of the year has gone, we'll be paying Vitality fee of R200.00 per month on the 1st of April 2013 and did not accumulate one point due to the lack of interest on Vitality's side. I received a call on 18 March 2013 where the consultant refused to speak to me so I gave her my husband's number but she did not call him. Two Ref. No's: 2767306761 & 2771089331
