Discovery Vitality & Vitality Mall
Terrible service

At the start of the new year i thought it would be a good idea to open my vitality account. what a mistake. I started vitality on the 10th January 2013.
I then completed the information for my healthy food benefits on the 18th of January and said i would receive my card within 4 weeks.
I phoned in on the 12th February to complain about not receiving it, there answer was that it probably got last in the post and they would cancel it and send me a second card.
I phoned in again on the 20th March to say that i have still not received my new card, a lady that assisted me she said that the second card had not been printed and said she would try her best to arrange the card for me. She was extremely helpful and arranged to have the card delivered to me via the courier service.

I received the card on the 16th of April and i was thrilled to get it. then to my surprise i tried using my card at two different Pick n' Pay stores last week and my card did not want to work.
So i just got off the phone with the call centre and i was told my card is active and he is not sure what the problem is but will get back to me in 48hrs.

I am disgusted with the service i have received and want it fixed.
