Discovery unable to replace my vitality card

Dear Peter
In April 2012 I lost my PnP Vitality card. I informed vitality office immediately so as to get a new card. A consultant told me the card was going to be delivered within 3 days, but to my surprise I waited for more than a month, todate no card was delivered.
I called and sent them numerous emails to follow up, each and every consultant who attended me told me the same story of waiting for 3 days.

This year (2013) I called Vitality 6 times, consultants told me their Courier company must be blamed as they handed over my card to them in 2012, and promised to send me another one within 5 days this time. Im still waiting.
This is such an inconvinience as I have lost the whole year claim bonuses for buying healthy food from PnP. I have lost hope and It looks like I am loosing the fight and I will never have the Vitality card again.
