I joined Discovery Vitality in September last year and have called 3 x requesting a card. If I do not have a card to swipe or a membership number how can I make use of the vitality services, for which I am paying? I have now requested a refund of my money for the 8 months I have paid, but Vitality will not refund, nor give a plausible reason for not refunding. I have now cancelled my vitality membership after paying for 8 months and not being able to gain any of the benefits. It seems that someone is making money from doing nothing, and no one is being held accountable. Oh they do like to say that the onus is on you to make enquiries, and then they say they have no records of your request. FUNNY THAT!
