On your website you encourage members to earn Vitality points in order to get benefits.
You stipulate that one of these ways was to go for Cervical Cancer injections between the age of 18 and 25 years.
I went for my first injection in March 2012 when I was still 25 and as Discovery only awards your points after you have completed all 3 injections (which takes 8-9 months) even though I tried to claim in April.
I completed my final injection in October but was already 26.
Vitality refuses to award my points to me as I am 26, even though I went for my first injection when I was 25.
No where does it stipulate that you will not be awarded your points for the above reasons.
I find this very unfair especially as I spent R1800 on these injections just to get Vitality Points!!!
Kindly advise how you aim to resolve this issue?
What is the point of having your vitality point system if it it only benefits you?
