Discovery Vitality & Vitality Mall
1 year without benefits

My complaint is that I applied for a healthy foods card through vitality in january/February last year and when I hadn't received it by July of last year I emailed to find out what was going on... I was informed that I would be told within 5 days and the card would be sent... Nothing, right till this very moment. 1 full year with no benefit... Very frustrating AND TO TOP IT OFF... My boyfriend applied for vitality and has yet to receive his card (also a few months???). What is going on? I have just emailed again but felt that maybe Hellopeter was my best bet.
