Very Dissapointing Service

I recently cancelled my medical aid, however I called stating that I want to retract that.

I spoke to a lady by the name of Dineo, whom confirmed that it can be withdraw and all I need to do it fill out a letter and I will be reinstated. She had confirmed that she e-mailed the letter to me, up until now I did not receive it.

I called this morning and spoke to Diana, whom said she will e-mail it to me. At 3PM I receive a mail from her stating that I must call the membership department!

How hard is it to get the letter? I guess resolution health is losing a lot of clients because of this type of service and there is still no improvement!
