Thankfully, Discovery have offered to pay my claim as they do not wish to deal with Lancet.

I have furthermore emailed supervisor Samantha Scrimnenger. To date, no response.
Your customer service is extremely poor. Instead of sending threatening text messages advising that you will hand me over, for a claim that you were late in submitting - you should concentrate on training your staff, who can't get my address correct. I have had to repeat this four times.
Please could I ask that Samantha address my concerns as per my correspondence on Friday. I would appreciate is you could try and restore some faith in your Company.
