I have been a Resolution Health member for 5 years now. I am planning on upgrading my membership to a better plan and my wife also wants to join Resolution Health.
I have contacted the customer care center more than once asking them to send a representative to explain to me the pros and the cons of upgrading my medical aid. I am still waiting for the representative to contact me.
At this stage i am disappointed at the service i am receiving from Resolution Health. I have quotations and have seen representatives of other companies. If Resolution do not contact me before the upgrading window is closed in December i will move to another company.
Very bad service is the cause that i am planning on going somewhere else.
