I sent an email to Resolution Health asking them how to cancel and someone called Yentel Van Wyk told me to send a signed letter to their resignations email address. I emailed a scanned copy of the letter to Resolution Health on Saturday the 14th of September and got an automated reply that it had been received.
I have been waiting since Saturday for them to tell me if they have cancelled it yet or not but there has been no reply. I need a reply so that I know what is going on. This kind of behaviour by Resolution Health is the reason why I don't want to be a member anymore.
They also have only a 6% solvency ratio which is well below the minimum 25% ratio required required by law. If you are still a member then I suggest you jump ship as soon as possible because they are just about out of business.
Please will somone reply to me because I am getting sick of your incompetence.
Whichever way this turns out I am going to make sure I tell everyone I know to stay away from your useless Medical Scheme. The sad thing is that it used to be one of the best when it was NIMAS.
