Disappointed with the service I receive from Resolution.
Every year at year end they request a most recent proof of income. I faxed it to resolution health as they requested. The end of January they tried to deduct the highest bracket. The first time I thought it was just a mistake so I called an emailed to solve the situation. I even received a letter in which they threatened me to cancel my medical if I did not pay.
They have done it again this year after I did send my proof of income as they requested the end of last year. Now I should call and email again which is a waste of time and money. Resolution health should get their priorities straight and do their jobs if they want happy clients. And it's not just me this happened to...
If Resolution health threatens me with a letter again I will make it easy for them and go do business with someone else...
