On the 21 st June 2012 my daughter was rushed to Life Suikerbos Hospital after she had passed out and turned blue from being unable to breath due to phlegm blockages. Resolution Health refused to admit her without paying a R 3000.00 up front fee. This fee is very clearly specified not required for emergency admissions. On 27th June 2012 I sent a stern letter of complaint and again on 02 July complaining that they had not responded to this complaint. They still never responded at all but unbelievably cancelled my membership without notification. I only became aware of this cancellation in Dec 2012. Resolution will not re-instate my membership unless I pay R12 000.00 for the months they cancelled. I refuse to pay for services I did not receive. This entire mess was caused by their "hard to understand" extremely poor service and shocking error and yet they are unwilling to take any responsibility for it. I have threatened to list this complaint here many times and am now forced to as I have had no response in over a week since my last letter I sent stressing the urgency of this matter in finding resolve
