I think it's Resolution's strategy to play for time to avoid paying bills!! My daughter was born in October, I have been struggling for 3 months to get her onto the scheme for her in hospital blood tests to be paid (although we were billed for it from the time I've sent the fax). Now they claim that the bills were sent in too late for payment. I am ending up paying for my ultrasound scans and my baby's in hospital blood tests out of my pocket. I am sick of this. So glad I've cancelled my membership!
