Hospital bills not paid

Can someone please explain why the R120.42 account for WP Blood Transfusion has not been paid. Treatment date 25/09/12. It was rejected as I need pre authorisation for a blood transfusion. R120.42 is definately not the price for the transfusion and the codes says it all it was tests for RH etc what does that have to do with transfusions?

Pathcare account for R215.50 treatment date 25/9/12 was also rejected because the benefit has been exceeded. How is that possible? The out of hospital benefit was depleted and the test should have been paid from the in hospital benefit since it was for a newborn that was born on the 25th in hospital.

Please sort out these accounts. I am tired of doing your work.
