On the 3 July 2012 I saw a Dr H Wentzel in Klerksdorp. He took blood tests and x-raise and I was diacnosed with arthritis. On the 13 Nov 2012 I booked myself in at Netcare Krugersdorp Hospital Because I had extreme pain. Dr DM Erasmus injected me with morpheme and I was on drips for a few hours. They took my blood in hospital for bloodtests. He refered me to a arthritis specialist Dr. Pettipher and told me he will forward the blood tests to him. He fhoned the docter and made an oppointment with Dr. C Pettipher for me. On the 4 Dec 2012 I saw Dr Pettipher and he conferm i have rheumatoid arthritis. On 15 Jan 2012 I saw Dr Pettipher again and thats the first time they gave me a (ICD 10) code. I went to the resolution offices. My problem is when I was in Krugersdorp Hospital the blood tests they took the account was R2199.50 which RHMS only paid R452.74 because my benefit is exhausted and the blood test/ procedures performed were out of hospital and also the test/ procedures do not relate to my arthritis chronic condition. I am on Progressive Flex Plan and when in hospital according to me I am covered 100% for everything even blood test and with my cronic deseasa no money must be deducted
