Non payment of bills

My dad was admitted to hospital, It was an emergency, and hence the bill should have been covered in full. I took me numerous calls and letters to get resolution health to see this, after 6 months i managed to get an email from their Client Liaison Officer Nolufefe Dyantyi agreeing to this and confirming that they would settle however this was again not settled in full. Furthermore resolution health has not settled bills which had fees in accordance with their scheme benefits.

I have again tried to resolve but the customer services seriously lacks service.
