I've been a Selfmed for a while now. I pay R3460 pm and Selfmed does not want to pay my Blood tests. When the sales person came to see me, he said that all blood tests are covered as well as scans e.g. I've lodged a complained en spoke to Marina (Client care). She looked like she was not willing to sort out my issue. She said I must send a mail and they will see what they can do. I also spoke to my doctor, and according to law all medical aids are forced to pay all HIV blood tests. My Question: Whay am I then paying R3460 pm? For what? Please sort this out ASAP.
