I am a member of Resolution Hospital plan for a few years. My daughter has to undergo urgent surgery for a spine injury. She is scheduled for tomorrow (Wednesday 26 June 2013) and all of a sudden Resolution claim that they do not cover spine operations. It is no according to them not a Prescribed Medical Benefit. Who on earth will take out a Hospital plan if they don't cover such serious condition. Everybody out there be aware of these schemes. Get yourself Medical scheme that is reliable.
