Bills still not paid since September last yea

I am still waiting for the WP Blood Transfusion bill to be paid in the amount of R136.92. This was done in hospital when my son was born on the 25/09/2012. They used dependant code 03 instead of 00. I enquired and you said it should be rectified and a paper claim send back on code 00 which was done and still it is not paid. The same for a Pathcare account. I am sick of trying to sort this out. Pathcare has also send a paper claim through. Both these accounts has been handed over now and it is my name being dragged through the mud through your imcompetence.

I want this paid ASAP.
