Being punished for your mistake!!!

I emailed Yolande Gasa on the 12th February. I asked for a brochure for medical cover for students. She sent me 2 brochures "GO Health - Free Rewards Programme for students 2013" and "Get moving to the No.1 student medical aid 2013". she then sent me the application form "Internation Student Application Form" NONE OF THESE FORMS AND BROCHURES MENTION THAT I HAVE TO PAY 6 MONTHS IN ADVANCE!!! The 2 consultants plus Nosipo from Executive Services ALL made me out to be a!! When it is in actual fact your FAULT. Why would I pay R509 if that is what I was expected to pay. BUT NO everyone is happy to say I AM THE ONE WHO IS WRONG!! Please check the brochures I have mentioned above and if any where in there it is written that 6 months subs is required, I will apologise myself. I am happy to send you the correspondence. No where in the emails does Yolanda advise that 6 months is what I need to pay. You made the mistake, do the right thing and own up to it and give my brother cover for a month.
