I paid upfront for a year's worth of Momentum's Ingwe Student Medical aid cover. My cover was for the period 1st January 2013 to 31 December 2013. As of today, I have not received my medical aid card. I have tried to contact them repeatedly through telephone calls and emails.
At some point they claimed to have the wrong address yet I have documentation I received from them with my correct address.
I am tired of consultants calling me and not actually resolving the issue. Momentum should give me back my money or give me my card so that I can use the service that I paid them for.
