They refuse to refund even though we can prove amounts are owing! She is abrupt, rude and will not listen to reason at all. I say the gentleman sounds as though he could be gay (bearing in mind I am a disabled individual so there is no intention to offend here!)
All I have been trying to do since January is receive a refund with excuses since then only to be told I won't get it why didn't we call. However we can prove he called and then she wants to take quickly take offence retaliating by saying we cant deal with people who say gay. Well I am disabled so should I take it personally that you don't want to help disabled people.
