We have requested a quote for brochures in February. Early March the quote was accepted and payment has been made. In May we still have not received any brochures. We had to visit the Indaba Trade Show in Durban for marketing with 100 horrible brochures, which they dropped off the day before departure. The quality is of such standard that we were not able to use this during the show, which cost us a lot of money. Low pixels, the margins are not aligned, etc. I keep on contacting the owner but he does not respond to my calls, messages, e-mails whatsoever. And we still don't have any brochures!!!
