I pay Medical Aid for what? I got a Prescription for Ritalin for my son who is BP and ADD and had the script sent to Medipost who called for authorisation from Momentum Health only to be told that they don't pay for it! He was on the same Meds a year ago but now suddenly you don't cover it! Do you mean to tell me that my premiums have increased and my cover has got less? Not only that, I cannot even take my son to the Psychiatrist because Momentum took over 6 months to pay for a Consult so now they want cash up front! Who has cash up front now days? That's why I pay Medical Aid costs of over R2100!!! I am looking into other Medical Aids after about 10 years of being a paying client to you! I am not happy at all!!!
