On the 28th of February 2013, 9 of us go to Quarterdeck Grand West to celebrate a birthday. Spent about R1500. We had very good good service from our waiter which was very nice.
I was very disappointed in what happened this evening. I was eating, enjoying myself. Then I decided to eat some salads and couscous. Take it to the table. I sit down, take a big spoon of couscous. I spat it all out. Is was moulded, you could actually taste the mould and the smell was very disgusting.
Now being a table of many people instead of making a big scene. I go to the manager on duty. and explain that there is something wrong with the food. He says to me he will get the kitchen to check this. I see him again, he says there is something wrong with it and they have removed it. And thanks for letting me know.
I was so put of with my meal that I could not eat more, and I had hardly eaten anything.
After this i was so nauseous.
I am very disappointed in the food awell as the experience of this.
