Prokard Voucher not Re-instated

I used my prokard voucher to make a booking, these are the vouchers that come with the purchasing of the Prokard services. I cancelled the booking that i made but the voucher was never re instated. The booking was made last year August and cancelled a couple of days later. I have phoned their customer service line and also sent emails about my query and still no joy.
