I think they are ripping people off by selling non-existant service. i also have a prokard i was advise by the agent on the other side to book online to be able to confirm my stay. i did that, out of courtesy i called the hotel to confrim that they have recieved my booking, i was told that i cannot stay in the hotel for reasons not the same as what the agent told me. i cancelled the booking, but did not get the voucher back, when i enquired about it i was told that i should not have used that voucher in the first place for booking in the hotel. are you kidding me!! is prokard preying on unsuspecting victims, should have you guard on even for such big companies. i am cancelling the membership, and want nothing to do with this company. also you want to book a car through budget, the cars are always not available, whats the point you might just as well get your services from the best in the country than to lock yourself to poor service.
