We spend so much time complaining about bad service, I felt that this time I need to just take my hats off to Wellness Warehouse. I posted an on-line query just before lunch time and I received not only one answer, but also a follow-up response within 2 hours. I've been a fan of their products (and spa) for years; but now I'm also a huge fan of their service. My only issue is that may be pricing themselves out of competitiveness, because despite their service, they're slowly becoming too expensive for me to shop there. But if money isnt a factor for you, do go shop there. Their service and products are out of this world.
