I'm trying to make a booking at Protea Hotel Nelspruit from the 27 till 30 June 2013, when I make a normal online booking there is space available but when I make a booking by using my vouchers there is no space available. When I renew my yearly Prokard subscription I pay a substantial amount of money for it in return I receive discount rates and free stays at any Protea Hotel but it was not explained to me that Voucher can be used when there is availability for Vouchers. I'm very disappointed in the Prokard system and will definitely not join them again.
