I have re-registered as a prokaeprd member to make use of previous unused vouchers as well as new vouchers issued. I find it impossible to get a weekend booking in Durban or Gauteng even during off peak periods. All on-line booking attempts lead to SOLD OUT. Why hoodwink and persuade customers into purchasing vouchers that cannot be utilized. Yes the number of vouchers have increased since previous year, but are these vouchers truly accessible for use? Further when I tried doing a booking without the buy one night, stay one night free voucher accomodation was available.i am fed up with the T's and C's and would definitely not purchase a prokard in future.
