Realised contributions did not go off my bank in Jan. Did enquiry and was told it would be rectified in Febr. with double deduction. Beginning Febr. still not rectified. Enquired and was told they did not have my banking details (member for almost 3 years now) due to new system they moved to at beginning of the year. Had email conversation with Wendy Snyders. Was told to do direct payment into their account, fax proof of payment, banking detail form, bank statement and copy of ID, which I did on 7th of Febr. Was told problem solved. Received phone call to say they are updating my details and contributions now fixed. Just received sms telling my my membership has been suspended due to non payment of contributions. This after I did everything that was expected of me!!
