Still waiting for my payment

I've been trying to get my repayment for a while now. I have sent in my banking details and a copy of the bank statement as requested, but I am still not being refunded. I recently received an email stating that I have not sent a copy of the bank statement. However, it was sent at the same time as the banking details form that I had filled in and sent back. Please check your records before telling me that the money is not being refunded into my bank account due to non-submission of forms. ECA460151212C
Please sort this out ASAP - and maybe you should add interest to the final payment since you have held onto the money for a few months.
