My dad changed his medical aid option from January 2013 as he retired. When his contribution was deducted on the 01/01/2013 they took the full amount of what his employer his contribution. This eventually got sorted out in about 2-3 weeks, thanks to a gentleman Ryan (PE branch). We noticed they were deducting more that they should and I called again the beginning of February. I was told this time round that they do not have my moms details as per her income status, which we were never ever contacted for or mentioned in the beginning. I then faxed my moms details and on phoning to check yesterday I was told my dads detais were not reflecting but when I called last week and was told only my moms was needed. Please can someone get back to me with the correct information and when i ask to speak to someone senior they say I can only speak to someone in the call centre and believe me the email - [Email Removed] does not get you a response.
