On the 28th May 2013, I emailed [Email Removed] regarding my account. I received a short off response from Pamela. I contacted and informed them that I was aware that my April and May payments were reversed by the bank. I offered to pay an installment so as not to have my services suspended and balance can go off at month end. She couldnt bother to respond to my email, but only re-itirated what I owed. I know what I owe. I would like someone to phone me and discuss how I can settle this amount and catch up on my outstanding balance. I am furious that no service can be offered through contributions or client services. I made contact timeously. I can be contacted on 028 312 4979 or 028 312 2280.
