Overdrawn contributions in January; rectified after many frustrating phone calls end February; overdrawn again in March & am still trying to resolve the issue to get my money refunded (R2600)
You cannot get hold of ANYBODY that can do anything, passed from one to another & many times the phone is never even answered even after asking for the supervisor in the contributions department. Even the complaints department useless & never comes back to you;
I am Seriously considering changing Medical aid schemes because of this lax attitude & pathetic response
