Please advise why I received an sms stating that
"Kindly note your Resolution Health membership has been suspended due to outstanding contributions Please Fax Proof of Payment to 0117922767"
To cel phone number 082 927 xxxx at 14:50 on the 28th February 2013.
On receipt of this sms I immediately called your call centre on 08617966400 at time 14:57, call duration was 6min53sec, the agent advised me that the error is on Resolution side. (Voice recording available)
Please be advised my account is debited automatically every month on the 1st, so it is impossible that I have outstanding contributions. Ref below last debit deduction (bank certified transaction available on request.)

Viewing my profile online- it does state my membership is suspended? WHY!!!
I find this completely unacceptable and request in writing confirmation of error and rectification of such.
If indeed my membership has been suspended due error, and medical services are withheld for any reason whilst rectification of such error, I will seek legal representation, with confirmation of above.
