POOR TREATMENT

Member since 98.During 2010 my postal address was changed without my knowledge when somebody with the same initial and surname changed her details. Thus I did not receive an account and only in January the next year this person called- far related family - and said she is receiving my post from QVC.I paid amount she gave me over the phone. Received by qvc on 13 Jan 2011 and they billed me with collection fee on 13 Jan 2011 of R396.72. I pd it - received by qvc on 2 Febr 2011 but they bill me again on 02 febr 2011 R45.25 collection fee. Later that year I lost my business and without a income I only paid up my account by middle Febr 2012.Same thing with collection fees being added - you just cannot get paid up. I lost all points for the previous 3 years that was unused because I were not up to date according to them. Members cannot carry over the current year's points unless the fees are paid. I do not have a problem with that but they go out to make sure you cannot be paid up. Last year I paid the full amount of total due as per Dec 2012 statement on 28 Dec. 9 Jan 2013 statement shows arrears of R53.43. 120 days - I paid over R18 000 and have no points to use.
