I have been an active member as of december, i paid my 1st premium via cash deposit for December, 2nd premium was debited off my account however i was double-charged, contributions offered to allocate the over-charge to feb which subsequently was not done, i now sit in a situation where i am "suspended" having paid all 3 months premiums in full and on time!!! I have contacted supvervisors, client services and contributions and 3 weeks down the line i am STILL suspended and they cannot pick up my payment??? I will threaten major lawsuits if Forbid something were to happen to me and i am not covered due to an unlawful suspension from Resolution Health! This is terrible customer service, tragic mis management and a shocking disgrace, from a member of only just 3 months!!!
